All our orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Hyderabad, Telangana. We partner with leading courier services via Shiprocket to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2–4 business days
  • Metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi): 3–6 business days
  • Other locations in India: 5–9 business days
  • International/Outside of India: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Customer Responsibility
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address
  • An active mobile phone number for delivery confirmation or courier coordination

We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, or absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

 

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates (if applicable) are displayed during checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also track the shipment using the Shiprocket tracking portal or your courier’s website.
